Reporting to the Vice Chairman, the incumbent in this position will lead the overall business development of Navana Real Estate Limited, Navana Construction Limited, Navana Building Products Limited, Navana CNG Limited, Navana Furniture Limited, Navana Engineering Limited and Navana Welding Electrodes Limited.

 

Job Responsibilities

# Set the strategic vision for new businesses in collaboration with the senior leadership teams across companies.

# Conduct market forecasting to anticipate project potentials.

# Provide strategic guidance to the management team on new product development to meet current and future customer needs.

# Monitor and gather competitive intelligence for the businesses to stay ahead of competitions.

# Generate new clients and business relations to ensure new projects are identified.

# Lead the business development team across all companies.

# Plan and coordinate business development strategy exercises for all companies.

# Lead digital marketing efforts including brand management for all concerns.

# Challenge status quo for continued improvements and innovations in strategies
