biggest & leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. MGI is going to expand its
international business with quality products around the world through Export
department. The role has a scope to work with international buyers. The
position will report to export department head and will lead team also.
Job Responsibilities:
# Search and develop the buyers around
the globe (Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia and America).
# Correspondence with all the existing
buyers and also develop very good relationship with them.
# Make company products available in
international markets by analyzing trends, customers, developing sales plan, set
strategies to achieve company's International Business goal.
# Collect order and execute all export
order as per export rules and regulations preparing export shipping
documentation for custom & buyer as well (like Invoice, Packing List, CO,
SAFTA, and Checking BL etc).
# Place order to factories as per buyer’s
requirements with proper guidelines.
# Communicate Commercial team and
Operations team to finalize the deadline of the shipments and following up the
entire shipment procedure.
# Collect business orders from customers
and preparing both Order Sheet and Sales Contract.
# Maintain all the activities with
Foreign Trade Department properly and efficiently.
# Provide timely feedback of all their
queries like product specification, pricing, sample sending, and shipment
formalities.
# Send documents to the buyer to release
products from Buyer’s port.
# Communicate the customers after the
shipment to collect their feedback as well as approaching for next business
orders.
# Generate ideas for new product,
promotion, labeling & Packaging development as per market demand.
